As a growth partner we will find and eliminate growth limiters and align your management team, language, culture, models while also expanding your vision and adding many tools, systems and rare experience.
The AirTight Management Gold program includes:
- Analysis to determine key growth limiters. Normally completed in 7-10 days.
- Development of an enhanced growth plan to at least triple, and ideally 8X, the company’s value in two to three years. This includes enhancing your current strategic plan that may add markets, products or more.
- Implementation of this plan and installation of the proper infrastructure and processes to scale that includes:
a) Training for all managers to create a higher perfomance culture and teams
b) One-on-one coaching to help managers to implement proven best practices
c) Licensed intellectual property without any royalties or additional fees
d) Project management
e) Group coaching calls for team and/or participation in staff meetings as appropriate
f) Fill other holes in the team’s expertise as needed to improve operations, financial results and growth of all staff and inject more innovation and creativity
4. Implementation of System #2 Performance Accountability and Merit System (PAMS) to improve culture, morale, performance and perfect team communications to improve team dynamics, trust and mutual support. Typically done during weeks 2 to 8 with ongoing practice and coaching after.
5. Implementation of a corporate dashboard and individual department dashboards as appropriate for marketing, sales and operations. Typically done during weeks 8 to 16 with ongoing coaching and tuning to perfect.
The Gold Program includes a comprehensive management team training program (Learning & Development), which is always required to scale so you can promote from within. And is also requested by 75% of employees and a frequent reason for leaving their job when training is not available.
To scale at 25%+ CAGR you need to constantly up level your team, processes and systems to prevent dilution of knowledge and constant firefighting. This is working “on” the business, “ahead of the curve”, and “right seats on the bus”.
